With flowmatiq, we analyze biofilms under realistic conditions. Our modular cultivation environment allows environmental factors, surface materials and microbial composition to be varied in a targeted manner. This allows biofilms to be precisely controlled and characterized and optimized for biotechnological, medical or materials engineering applications.

bioinformatiq provides molecular insights into microbial systems – even where imaging methods reach their limits. Using modern sequencing and analysis methods, we identify microorganisms, decipher their functions and uncover interactions. In this way, we make complex biofilms accessible and systematically analyzable based on data.

Our technology combines microbial and chemical reaction steps to create a seamless and truly zero-waste production line for high performance polymers. Sustainability is at our hearts: We keep carbon bound and prevent the emission of greenhouse gases such as CO2, CH4 and N2O, unlike other sludge treatment processes.
